How to Pay

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. An initial payment of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than 8 weeks before your arrival.

If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

Taxe de Sejour will be invoiced on arrival. 2026 rate is €1.16 per adult per night.

Check In - Check Out

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am.

Security Deposit

We ask for a security deposit of €500 which will be refunded to you within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.

Cancellations

If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and, if successful, we will refund your balance payment less a €100 administration fee. However initial payments are non refundable.

We highly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance which covers medical, personal and cancellation charges.
